Detroit Marriott embraces retro-commissioning. |
Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center is Michigan’s tallest hotel. Given its size, the hotel saw tremendous energy savings potential. The DTE RCx Program conducted a no-cost, nine-month retro-commissioning study to identify energy-conserving and cost-saving opportunities.
Strategic Energy Management Program (SEM) |
SEM helps large commercial and industrial customers focus on changing business practices and establishing organizational cultures to reduce energy waste, improve energy efficiency and verify results.
Self-Directed Electric Plan |
Direct and implement your own energy optimization plan.
